Reluctantly parting with my Otis lift due to an upgrade to a more modern model. It's in good working order, 9-passenger capacity, and currently serves 6 floors, with the shaft configured for expansion up to 7. Fitted with a 3-rail modification. Buyer is responsible for dismantling once purchase is agreed; available for dismantling from October. Happy to provide further details and answer questions at inspection. I'm currently in Australia
