Hitachi 18000BTU Inverter Air Conditioner

Hitachi Inverter Air Conditioner 18,000 BTU Purchased and installed in 2019 (Brand New). Used until today. It still works fine, but there's a minor issue with the outdoor unit (please refer to the images). When a technician came for a routine service, he glanced at the outdoor unit without opening it and mentioned this issue, along with a rough estimate of 30,000 to 50,000 LKR. He didn't inspect it in detail, so I can't confirm how accurate that is. Worth noting, this AC has never been opened or repaired since installation. It's still sealed with the original brand new seals. Apart from that, it still works perfectly fine. The only issue is that I'm on a rooftop with an "amano" sheet roof, so it isn't quite enough during the peak heat at noon. For the rest of the day, and on rainy days, it works absolutely fine.
