Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or investment-focused business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A self-motivated, commission-driven mindset with no reliance on a fixed salary A strong professional network in Colombo and surrounding suburbs (Kottawa familiarity is a plus) High levels of integrity, resilience, and a genuine interest in environmental impact A team-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong internal relationships
